Project selection

Design the display around packs, placement and handling.

Specify the merchandising fixture separately from the refrigerator. A concept can explore a campaign, while the fixture drawing defines supports, print areas and assembly.

Pack and shelf layout

List package dimensions, loaded weight, visible facings and the required tier count. Agree the supporting panels and load arrangement before approving the artwork.

Placement and duration

Show floor, shelf or endcap position, customer approach and replenishment. Describe the campaign duration and exposure conditions so material and finish can be reviewed.

Assembly and stability

Ask for the assembly sequence, supports, fixing method and loaded stability criteria. A rendered display is not a load or tip-resistance test.

Print and shipping scope

Request the dieline and define printed faces, finish, spare pieces and packed form. Confirm whether cabinets, products and adjacent campaign items are excluded or separately supplied.

Wire shelves and panel body

Specify the load-bearing shelves separately from the graphic body panels. A metal shelf does not mean every panel or the base is metal.

Corrugated cardboard

Define board construction, shelf reinforcement, printed faces and packed form. Shelf strength depends on the complete assembled structure and actual load arrangement.

Plastic sheet display

Specify sheet material, thickness, cut profile, joints and base. PVC sheet and clear acrylic are different material choices; colour or transparency alone does not establish grade.

Material and load record

For each tier, state supported pack mass and its distribution. Check the assembled fixture, supports and stability against an agreed acceptance plan; a catalogue load claim is not a test report.

Choose material, structure and packing for the actual brief. Do not assume a pictured tier count, wheels or cabinet are included; identify every supplied fixture item in the quotation.
