Start with the model data and planning files available now. Use a clear document trail to connect the quoted cabinet, approved sample and eventual shipment.

AVAILABLE NOW / MODEL DATA

Published model specifications

Download the current public product records in a spreadsheet-readable CSV. Each row retains the exact model, reference number, specification label and published value, with a link back to the product.

The file includes only published fields. A model-only record remains model-only; missing dimensions or performance values are not estimated.

A blank inspection-plan register

Use the editable register to connect a check to its drawing, method, agreed limit and actual result. It includes dimensional fit, shelf support, temperature, electrical scope and packing.

This is a planning template. It contains no completed measurement, pass result or certification claim.

Worked document trail · example only

Follow one cabinet revision through the handoffs.

A record is useful when its identity matches the decision you are making. This example shows how to organize that connection; the references below are field names, not completed order records.

What makes a temperature record useful?

A reviewable result identifies the cabinet and configuration, ambient conditions, load, sensor positions, duration and agreed acceptance limits. Keep the measured values and exceptions with that setup. A chart without its model and conditions is difficult to apply to a purchase.

The inspection template leaves the result and disposition blank. It is a place to organize actual evidence, not a substitute for collecting it. Electrical and refrigeration procedures must come from the applicable technical plan and qualified personnel.

Request a file for a specific decision

Identify the model, destination and purpose: shortlist comparison, sample approval, installation or shipment review. The response should distinguish the applicable available revision, files to prepare and any evidence that requires project testing. Certificate scope belongs to the exact model and market file.
