Record the product pack, target temperature, placement, destination, voltage, quantity and required launch date in the RFQ checklist.

Use the scorecard to separate documented specifications from assumptions, missing certificates and commercial exclusions.
Close the gaps
Ask for the exact model revision, configuration-specific files and any unpriced options before treating two quotations as comparable.
