Component sourcing

Start with the component task.

A replacement, OEM assembly and merchandising upgrade need different evidence. Select the supply task, then identify the host interface and what the quotation includes.

For every part, request the approved drawing, supplied-item list and packing quantity. A catalogue reference or photograph does not establish compatibility, working load or a complete installation kit.

Product-facing mechanisms

Compare movement with the same packs.

A divider separates lanes. If forward movement is required, compare the three methods below against the actual assortment and host shelf; the catalogue does not establish a compatible kit or a tested load.

Movement methodInputs for the selected assemblySupply items to identifySample decision
Gravity rollers · Ref. 138Pack base, diameter or width, lightest and heaviest weights; agreed lane slope, depth and roller pitch.Roller deck, lane guides, supports and front stops. Confirm each item's quantity and attachment.Review movement and stopping at full and near-empty load, plus restocking and cleaning access, using the intended packs.
Spring pusher · Ref. 140Pack dimensions and weights; lane length, required travel and the proposed spring force range.Pusher, track or base, dividers and front stops. Confirm whether an existing shelf is reused or separately supplied.Check the lightest and heaviest packs through the agreed travel, including the last pack and replenishment; record the spring and lane arrangement.
Rollers with a spring · Ref. 142Pack range, lane geometry, roller layout and spring travel considered together.Roller deck, spring mechanism, dividers and stops. Name the combined assembly and any mounting pieces in the offer.Review the combined mechanism with the same pack range and full-to-last-pack sequence; a successful check of one component does not approve a substituted assembly.

Use the selected record and drawing in the request. Agree the movement, stopping and acceptance conditions before sample review; the table is a purchasing brief, not a performance result.

Refrigerator shelf clips

Match the rail before ordering clips.

For an OEM build or a service-parts programme, fit depends on the host rail and shelf interface. Send the existing part and measurements before treating a clip profile as interchangeable.

Start with the host cabinet

Share the cabinet model and a clear view of the existing rail, shelf edge and installed clip. A similar-looking clip is not proof of fit.

Measure the rail and hook

Record the rail slot width, pitch and shape, clip hook geometry and whether left- and right-hand clips differ.

Confirm shelf support

Identify the shelf-edge interface, material and finish, required working load and the number of clips per shelf.

Plan the supply pack

State replacement or production use, quantity per cabinet, total quantity, small-part packaging and label requirements.

The MK-PT-SH-HW-CL record is a sourcing reference for initial selection. Its cabinet association does not establish compatibility with other rails, shelves or working loads.
